Web Site Hosting: Silver Buckle Services offers two site hosting options. This fee is a monthly fee to keep your site up on the internet. Download Hosting Contract.

Keep your site on the internet and have  5 email addresses (yourname@yoursitename.com) and 100Meg of disk space - 
$30 per month.

Domain Name Registration: $30 per year

Site Re-designs on existing websites: 
Does your existing site need an over-hall? Have no fear, redesigns are our specialty! Silver Buckle Services also offers site re-design services at affordable rates. We take mediocre websites and make them spectacular! These rates vary depending on existing site size and graphics that need to be redone. Many times these can be charged by the hour at $30 per hour. Site Design
This package includes working through the five steps to building a successful website. Your input is welcome on ideas for colors, style, layout and will tailor your site to fit you and your audience needs. 

Content provisioning
Content provisioning information architecture - Silver Buckle Services will work with you to build and organize your content and ensure your site is as usable as possible for your marketed visitors. 

Graphic Design
Customized graphics are also included in this package,  your site will be complete with graphics cropped or enhanced photos. Customer site reviews are available at any time. Your site will be posted as it is developed so you can see the progress and request changes as necessary. A header graphic for each page can be created. 

Navigation Bars and Dynamic Menus 
Silver Buckle Services specializes in information architecture, that is the art of organizing your content into recognizable buckets that make the most sense to your website visitors. We build custom navigation menus for each site. Rollover menus and drop down menus options are available. 

What are the costs of having a website?

1. Domain name (www.yoursitename.com) $30 per year

2. Website hosting - monthly fee $30 per month

3. Website design - usually $125 per page (one time fee).

4. Updates - Cost to update your site after it is built to add new photos or text $30 per hour

Print Services - Silver Buckle Services offers the following print services. Contact Us to get started on your next Print project

Logo Design: $325.00
Silver Buckle Services will design a custom Logo for your ranch, farm, or business.  Logo’s will be produced in both color and black & white format. Three different Logo options will be provided to choose from.  A creative Logo design will be developed with the unique characteristics of your horse, ranch or business based on your preferences and input.

               

Business Cards Design - using existing logo: 
$100 plus cost of printing (optional)

Business Cards Design including new logo design

Silver Buckle Services will design and produce interesting looking business cards such as the example above, based on either the logo we develop or from your existing art.  We have affordable printing capabilities and a variety of quality paper styles.  Business card layout will be provided on CD in with a hard copy for reference.  Printing of business cards is available for a nominal additional charge. Printing for business cards runs from $75-$100 for 250 cards plus $20 for shipping. Full color printing double sided is available.

Letterhead & Envelope:  
$275.00 plus cost of printing (optional)
A creative and coordinated Letterhead and matching Envelopes will be designed utilizing your new or existing logo.  Letterhead and Envelopes design and layout will be provided on CD with a hardcover copy. Silver Buckle Services is happy to provide you with affordable printed pieces as an additional convenience.
    

Business Cards & Letterhead: 
$450.00 plus cost of printing (optional)
The combo pack is the best value to provide your business with that coordinated professional look.  Again, your beautiful new design can be printed and shipped to you for maximum convenience.

Horse or Tack For Sale Flyers: $75.00
Attractive, professionally produced full page flyers designed in both color and black & white utilizing one photograph will help you quickly and effectively market and sell your horse, trailer or show equipment. Price includes two hardcopies, one in color & one in black & white, plus original file burned on CD.  Additional photo’s can be added at $25.00 each. Bulk flyers can also be printed at a nominal additional charge. 
                   

Advertisements: 
$300 and up.
A creative ad design will be developed for your ranch, farm, business, or horse.  Ads will feature up to 3 photo’s *.  Your unique ad will be provided in both color and black & white format for maximum flexibility.  Finished product will be provided on CD with a hardcopy for reference.  Slicks or posters of your new ad can be provided at an additional charge.

   
Each additional photo:  $25.00

Ads can be sent directly to the publication of your choice.  
We are also happy to help you manage your advertising schedule, please call for details.

Direct Mail Marketing:  
$400.00-$600 See below for examples of various direct mail marketing prices. 

One Page Self  Mailer:  $250

Unique and creative direct-mail marketing pieces utilizing your existing photo complimented with excited ad copy and graphics.  Single page self mailers can be stapled and mailed economically, or choose beautifully designed Post Cards or exciting Tri Fold Mailers, featuring your favorite ranch or horse photo.  Mailing Services including Mailing Lists are also available, please call for a quote on these additional services.

*original glossy photography or digital files must be provided, shipping charges extra, printing price based on quantity and type of paper used.

Posters: As quoted, based on size
Large format poster size reprints of your ad can be produced for your next show or special event, pricing based on size and various other considerations, call for details.

Club Horse Show Premium Books: $1000
For 20 to 30 page books - price does not include printing. We produced the latest premium for the CPHA/7CPHC POR in April 2003. We can offer the same world show caliber premium design services to your club.
                      



Marketing Plans: As quoted
A complete marketing plan will be developed including Direct Mail and Advertising recommendations.  Plans vary in price and are dependent on the scope of work.  Please call for a complimentary consultation
